Abstract

This article recreates the importance of the First World War in the formation of the discourse of Latin American unity of the government of Venustiano Carranza. Its influence is traced through the participation of intellectuals in journalistic sources not addressed until now and especially in the importance that said discourse had in the formation of the Mexican student movement.
